Senior Reconciliation Analyst
Remote Full-time Finance Operations
Own reconciliation operations, exception handling and reporting for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end reconciliation operations for 2–3 enterprise clients
- Design and manage exception workflows and escalation protocols
- Produce weekly and monthly reconciliation reports for client finance leads
- Collaborate with the automation team to identify and implement efficiency improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and review their exception handling outputs
Requirements
- 4+ years in reconciliation, treasury or finance operations
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with SQL is a plus
- Clear written communication for stakeholder reporting
Nice to have
- +Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- +CPA or relevant finance certification
